Normal or not?

I'm 25 weeks pregnant. I've noticed some odd looking discharge and I'm not sure what to think. (Its clumpy and a very faint greenish-yellow color, no odor, no itching, no pain while urinating)

I thought it was a yeast infection so I asked my doctor about it. He told me that pregnant women have a lot of weird discharge and that as long as I don't have any itching or discomfort, I shouldn't worry. But he didn't actually take a look or run any tests. It keeps coming, so I tried using monistat to clear it up. I've been wiping away stuff like this all morning (I used the meds last night) and I'm not sure if this is the medicine or discharge? If it is discharge does it look normal?
