Morning sickness relief??

What helps with morning sickness? I’m nauseous on & off through out the entire day.

Make sure you’re eating. Don’t let yourself have a completely empty stomach. I noticed if I don’t eat often, I feel more sick. 
I eat oranges.
Any fruit.
Drink water.
Hard sour candies.
I heard ginger is supposed to help.
Mints don’t really help me.
Best to try stuff to see what works for you!!

For me it was a combination of Wal-Hist + B6 (my insurance didn’t want to cover diclegis and I still offered to pay out of pocket for some but Walgreens was an ass and never called me back). 
I tried everything though. Preggie Pops, oranges, ginger ale, crackers, etc. 
None of those worked for me. It sucked

nothing worked for me so i gave in and got zofran. life changer

I constantly had mints in my mouth. Pretty much the entire first trimester. It seemed to take the edge off a little.
