Late appointment??

So i has a mc on 12/5/17 at almost 7 weeks. This week i found out I’m pregnant once again with no af in between. I called my obgyn but they said they will book me in for late February (2/23). They didn’t even tell me to go in for blood work. Is this normal? Or should i go see another doctor?

did you have bloodwork done after your mc? i had to have blood taken once a week until my hcg levels went back to normal. if you didnt then your hcg levels might not have gone down after and will read as a positive result. i would try to see someone asap.

I work at an ob/gyn clinic. they wait to see pts till around 8 wks of pregnancy.  they probably didn't have you go in because your last test with them was negetive.  I would call and request blood work.
