i have a question
so there is this girl I know she dropped her 8 week old puppy and she said after that it it was bleeding out his nose I told her to take it in to the animal hospital she did and the animal hospital told her they need to do x ray etc so she ask them how much it will be they said around 1.000 dollars so she said fuck no and left she told me the dog was not eating do u think she at fault and could of save the dog from dieing if she would of got the dog x ray etc ?
