Pregnant ?? Ectopic pregnancy??

So I had sex with my boyfriend and we used a condom. The condom did not break and did not slip off. The condom worked. I wasn’t worried. I woke up and I have really bad lower back pain on the right side, going to my side, and stopping by the lower side on my stomach (all on the right side only). I remember researching ectopic pregnancies before and I know more symptoms would be dizziness, nausea, vomiting, and Devir or chills. I have none of those. What do you guys think?
