Posting anon. Want thoughts

I have a woman at my job who just started. She is from India. I am so interested in her. I keep trying to find small details without prying. She’ll give them to me or ask me things. She asked me if I was in love with my husband when I married him. I said yes. Then said were you. She said no. Said she had an arrangement marriage. I was so interested. I said will you be in trouble if you don’t want to marry him she said yes she would. I felt sad. What if he’s a horrible person? Can’t she leave him or no? What happens... she said it took time to love him. I want to learn more because obviously I haven’t been around things like that. I want to know the culture. I want to know how the women there are different than here. If anyone is from India or knows someone please tell me stories. If you’re from another culture please let me know. I’d love love love to hear. I absolutely love hearing other cultures and things. I love knowing. I’m so curious. If you’re not a standard American let me know. Let me see wedding pictures!!!!
