Symptoms suddenly gone?

I’m 8 weeks 3 days. This is how far along I was during my first miscarriage. This is my second pregnancy and I’ve had Hyperemesis the last couple weeks. Some days are better than others... The last 2 days it seems like any pregnancy symptoms I’ve had suddenly disappeared and now I’m worried I’ve lost the baby. Anyone else have this problem and still have a healthy baby?

I’ve been having this problem since 9 weeks. I had awful sickness from 6-9 weeks then it just disappeared. Completely! I freaked out and booked a private scan and Baby was perfect. I then had a few good days followed by an awful day for the next couple of weeks and then for the last week I have been non stop throwing up and was admitted to hospital for fluids as I was dehydrated. I understand you worry, I had a missed miscarriage in September so I’m constantly over analysing symptoms but I think it’s perfectly normal for them to come and go and im sure your just fine ❤️
