anyone have lower backache on one side only?

Has been coming and going for few days no other symptoms... Only on left side and is a dull ish ache.

Mine started out that way and I ended up getting worse. It ended up being a kidney stone.  Lemonade and lots of water helped me pass it. Hopefully yours is just pregnancy aches 🙏🏻

My lower back and hips started hurting a ton but my husband finally put his foot down and insisted I buy one of those expensive pregnancy pillows shaped like a big U. It’s been so much better since then!

Me! I finally seem to have figured out that, that is the side I tend to favor lying on in my sleep. I just automatically will roll to that side, no matter which I go to sleep on. Putting pillows behind me seems to keep me on my other side and has helped lessen the ache.
