Random Bleeding

Okay , so I’ve had a period twice in the month of December. The first time was Dec 11th I️ was spotting for 2 days and didn’t get a consistent flow until Dec 13th. I️ didn’t stop bleeding completely until Dec 20th. Me and my bf had sex on Dec 28th and I️ started bleeding. I thought he had just torn something or whatever , but I️ was bleeding for a WHOLE week. Saturday January 14th we decided to have sex again after that because we were scared. I️ didn’t bleed then so I️ thought I️ was fine but yesterday I️ started bleeding again and now today I’m still bleeding. Slight abdominal pain occurs sorta like I️ have gas but other than that no other major symptoms except the bleeding. Should I️ be worried ? Also my period is veryyyy irregular I️ like I️ skip months at a time and when I️ finally come on it’s like that worse . I️ need advice what should I️ do ?
