Yeast infection ???

Went to the ER last night and they said I tested positive for a yeast infection... they gave me 2 diflucan and said it should take care of it. I had the most amount of “bleeding” today and it has been much darker.. today is CD18 has anyone ever had bleeding with a yeast infection or could something else be causing it?
