How long are you holding in your urine for the OPK?

Question

The opk box says 4 hours! However, I do drink at least 64 Oz of water a day, and work full time. There’s no easier way around it? I’ve been holding for 2 hours and feel tempted to check.

Answer

You may need to cut back a bit on the water during your fertile week.  I tested on my second pee of the day which was about 2 pm.
