HELPPP!! TMI

I just had my period on the 8th of this month & it only lasted for about 2 days. & about an hour ago I had reallyyy bad cramping, and I got up to use the bathroom & seen this. It’s only when i wipe & this is my ovulation week. I’m really scared . Please help
