Baby but no sack

So I went for my first scan early coz I was having a bit of bleeding so the doctor referred me to the early pregnancy unit. I had a scan and they could see the sack but no heart beat or baby 😪

So they said iv either had a miscarriage or I’m not as far gone as I think and just can’t see anything yet ( from the first day of my last period I should be 10 weeks 4 days ) so I have to come back in 2 weeks to double check

Anyone else had this and seen the baby when going back ?
