If I don’t take my pill today, will I get pregnant?

Backstory: I was with my boyfriend and after we were done with our business, I went to the restroom per usual. Once I came back to the room I jokingly told him “I just flushed all our babies” and to be mean I also told him I wasn’t on the pill (which I am). So here comes my question. I’ve been taking it for almost a year (always on time) and got to thinking if he came in me today and I stopped taking it (my last being yesterday). Will I get pregnant?

*I know it’s kinda stupid so f*ck your smart ass comment and no I am not going to stop taking it. Just curious*
