Oh Guys. What is it?

I’ve been extremely thrown around by my hormones. I can’t get enough of my SO and every time I see him it drives me up the wall and I gotta have him. I want him to put his babies in me (not literally though we can’t have kids rn). We had great sex a couple of days ago and tonight... then something strange happened. I bled a little. Like a light pink blood... it didn’t last long. Any ideas on what it could be? PS we did not have rough sex.
