Boyfriends Mom!!!

My boyfriend of three years have been long distance for our entire relationship. Things are progressing and have been talking about engagement soon. Recently he got accepted two jobs in two different locations with the same company. The one job is three hours away another 30 minutes away. I really think that the best thing for our relationship is us being closer, but his mother has different ideas as the job at three hours away is closer to her! I’m torn I want to support him in either location he chooses but I feel as though if he chooses the one three hours away he doesn’t care about me! My parents think I shouldn’t be with him if he still wants to keep long distance and not move away from his mom. Any ideas or thoughts on what I should do??
