This is (was) my first pregnancy. Today I had my first appointment and found out that about four days ago baby's heart stopped beating. I have never been so devastated, heartbroken, falling apart in my life. I know miscarriages are unfortunately all too common, but with everyone I know having "surprise" pregnancies with healthy babies I keep thinking how unfair this all is.
