pregnancy after coming off birth control

I was wondering how long it has taken everyone to get pregnant after getting off of birth control??? I know it is different for everyone but I am just curious. Also how did you feel when you got off?? I was on the shot for 3 years and then switched to the pill directly after for the next 7 years. We are currently on our 3rd month of trying and I am supposed to start my period on Saturday. I was feeling like this may actually be my month because of the way I have been feeling but as it grows closer to when af shows, the feelings I had before are leaving and normal period feelings are returning. I am even craving sweets like crazy which makes me feel like I am for sure going to start when I am supposed to. Uggghhh.
