5weeks 4 days .. help I’m sick

My 5 yr old has been sick with a cold/flu... and I’m his nurse so I knew it was bound to happen just a matter of when it would hit me...it hit me hard this morning all day I have been dying I’m sick 😰 my throat is swollen/hurts 😔 my nose is running, so tired and wanna be cozy warm 😏

I haven’t scheduled a doctors appointment yet..

on my to do list for tomorrow.

What am I able to take use for my poor throat / nose with this early pregnancy 🤦🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️ HELP!?! I want to cry I feel like shit... and no1 to take care of me. I help everyone when they sick once I get sick I hear crickets in this big ass house that’s usually filled with screaming help me mama I need this do this and that’s coming from my 5 yr old and my SO age 37 😂😂
