possible early labor ? help

quick question guys !

i have gestational diabetes and this morning after breakfast my sugar was 187 and i felt so awful my heart was accelerating and i couldn’t catch my breath that well well this went own till like 4 pm i only had 2 lipton chicken soups with eggs and it calmed down my sugars because it was back down to 96 well crazy part is i believe i’m in early labor i have had what i believe contractions since early this morning since like 4 am but in the afternoon i had this urge to have a BM and nothing comes out and that feeling is still naggin me till now baby was super active in the afternoon but now he has calmed down , what do you guys think i honestly have no clue what’s going on i didn’t feel this with my first baby . i’m currently 32 weeks and 3 days but baby measures 34 weeks and 3 days based on ultrasound and he weighs 5lb and 5 oz . my pain is also only on the upper belly region but sometimes it travels to my back
