Anyone ever done The INSANITY WORKOUT?
soooo I'm currently doing the 60-day INSANITY challenge with my brother and it's insanity ha ah it's almost an hour a day a thousand calories a session 6 days a week it is so beasty and I'm already in goody like shape just loose alil an lift my butt as high as it goes I find myself taking 10 seconds out of every few workouts almost this is my first 2 weeks I'm like so excited to workout everyday and sweat and then I'm like small part dreading it but there's no way I'd quit anyone else do this and enjoy it? Anyone else recommend any other work out routines? I'm always looking for new challenges and anyway to look an feel amazing 🤓
