IUGR - Intrauterine Growth Restriction

I’m worried that I’m going to be (essentially) diagnosed with IUGR. My Fundal measurements have been the same for my last three visits so far with an ultrasound last Thursday showing that he is growing in the 20th percentile. I’m 32 weeks and suffered a partial concealed placental abruption at 19weeks. It has since “resolved” but I am worried that my placenta might not be functioning properly anymore or could be tearing away again. Just wondering if anyone else has gone through this?
