🏆 Hormonal acne holy grails! 🏆

Ok after struggling with cystic hormonal acne on my cheeks/jaw/neck for years I have found a couple products that shrink the acne, and seem to be helping the dark healing spots fade quicker. I thought I’d share these with you guys in case anyone else has a similar issue!

1. Lactic Acid by The Ordinary

I use this every other night after cleansing and before moisturizing and it shrinks even the nastiest cysts so much! It a chemical exfoliant so it helps remove dead skin cells the same as a face scrub but is much gentler which Ive found helps my acne heal faster.

2. Blue Tansy Mask by Herbivore Botanicals

This one is a little pricey but SO WORTH IT. This does exactly what it says, it has totally resurfaced my skin! It fades my dark spots very noticeably and helps clear my skin of big cysts and little black heads alike. A little does go a long way and I normally only apply it to my cheeks and jaw with another *cheaper* mask on the top portion of my face. (Honestly if you have the money, I highly recommend the whole ultimate collection for oily skin. I use all the products daily and they are the only thing potent and gentle enough for my sensitive skin. The set has lasted me a year, I just had to buy another rose spray but that’s the most inexpensive item.)
