What should I ask the OB to check???

Hello everyone! I just wanted some advice, I had a miscarriage in October 👼🏼 and we have been trying again since. I got pregnant on leterozole, but unfortunately had to gave a D&C; at 9 week appointment. Anyway it was/is a hard road. I know i can get preggo again on leterozole but I want to try some natural ways first, my periods have been regular since but I don’t think im ovulating bc i have sex on the days glow says im ovulating and even before and after and we haven’t gotten preggo. So tomorrow I have an appointment to check my levels and they want to do an ultrasound bc sometimes i get cysts so they want to rule out PCOS. What other things should I ask them to check for while i’m there?? Thank you in adva
