New to this..

so I'm new to this.. came of the pill in the start of the month and I know everything is gonna be totally out of whack but some serious weird stuff is happening. since Friday last week I've had dark brown discharge. last night the smell of dinner cooking was making me heave, the thought of dinner tonight makes me feel sick. I keep getting cramping on my right hand side lower stomach and lower back and on the inside of feels so sore and tender! I'm absolutely exhausted all the time too. done tests and BFN. Too early or just the pill messing me right up?
