Azoospermia?

Does anyone have any experience with this that they can please shed some light on? Hubby was just diagnosed today.

Hey Devon, I have a lot of experience and insight with this. Feel free to reach out to me :)
My husband was diagnosed in June of 2017. He had an mTESE surgery in October (no sperm found there) but a pathology test of his tissues later showed that there were some. He has been on Clomid since he was diagnosed.
His hormone levels are off and low-normal testosterone count.

Yep. After 4 years together and this diagnosis, we’ve moved on to plan B which is IUI/D. Takes some time to swallow but it gets easier. I’m 36 and we don’t have the income to afford the biopsy/IVF option (slim chance of working). Happy to be moving forward though.
