3 weeks??

Okay ladies I’m confused right now. I had a mc on Dec 5th. Bleeding lasted 5/6 days like a period. On Dec 29th i went in for hcg testing and it came back negative. (Mind you that was the first time going for blood draw after mc). I had tested the next day and kept thinking i saw a vvvfl but brushed it off. I got a positive test on Jan 10th (first picture). I went in to the health department to get it confirmed. They said they would put dec 29th as my lmp. (That would mean i was 2wks 5days on the 10th) So they said I’m 3wks tomorrow. I called the ob office and they said the same since the health department has it down like that. But i feel like i wouldn’t even have this strong of a positive pregnancy test yet. Am I wrong or could i be further along? TIA (the second picture is tests from Saturday and the last pic is from yesterday)
