What’s something that you do to deal with your cramps ?

Heat always helps the best! Taking a warm bath is amazing, add bubbles for extra relaxation! My best friend during my period is my heating pad! I like to lay on my stomach on top of it. Pressure + heat = relief! I love to drink warm fluids as well, my personal favourite is tea! But make sure you are hydrated and eating proper as well. Bananas (potassium) & milk (calcium) will help with cramping. Also, drink lots of water! Meat/proteins (peanut butter if you don't eat much meat) will keep your energy high!(: ofc giving into your cravings is okay too, chocolate is very satisfying during this time!
