Bra Cup size at 13 ?

I understand that everyone grown at a different rate. I’m also aware that everyone’s bodies are different but I’m still curious. I’m 13 at the moment and am supposed to be wearing a C cup bra but haven’t had time to get any new ones.

When I was 13 I was a 34B. I was also kind of chunky so that played into it. 
Now I’m 18 and wear a 30E.

at 13 I literally had mosquito bites while all my friends had a cups and stuff I didn't get boob(by boobs I mean maybe a b cup) summer like 2 weeks before school started now I'm a junior and I'm a double d it's bc I gained like 40 pounds
