What can I do about my bv until the results come back to the doctor?

I went to the doctor Wednesday and they had me to pee in a cup to be sent off but anyway what can I do until I hear from my results? I did had sex one day this week but my husband used a condom like he always do but anyway my fish smell was pretty bad so I wash my lady bits with that oh vaginal wash after sex and of course pee too. I think I'm having a real bad yeast infection since I have cramps like I'm going to start my period but never do..it comes and goes. I eat yogurt every day to see of that helps. anything else you can think of I need to do?
