I went for help and ...

Was basically told there wasnt much they could do because I am breastfeeding. I feel like the doctor is making me choose. I’m googled and found that certain anti depressants are believed to be safe. Why am I not being offered these? I’m 7 weeks PP and feeling like a failure all around.
