I don't eat much
It's always been like this since starting college. I skip breakfast there's no time. Lunch is skipped to since I'm in class. Dinner is usually a yogurt or bowl of cereal. When I started college I was 280 pounds... Which is alot for my frame which is 5'3. I've lost weight, I'm now 222-225 give or take. But I'm now scared of eating too much. I count my calories, I've signed up for pilates, yoga, and piyo and I know have a job and I don't eat during my break. I also corset train which I really love. I'm losing weight, but it isn't in a healthy style of manner.
