Bad smell when turned on...? please help

I'm currently 19, starting to try to manage my weight which is slowly dropping and now weighing in at 280lbs; okay so for the last two years I have developed a very strong and potent odor when I get turned on, this then turns my SO off significantly making it a very annoying cock block for me while we are trying to concieve our first. There is nothing else strange with any of my discharge or cum, only the strong odor from the cm that happens when I get horny. please any advice will help
