Should. I have the 3 balanced snacks I should have but I find myself taking lil bites here and there of lil things nothing crazy or bad but still. I have a one year old and when I prepare his meals I'm always tempted to take a bite or lil piece of fruit. Today I had one orange slice and then later a small piece of his ham quesadilla 😂 ugh.
