Please help

So from ever since I can remember I have had butt acne. They're sometimes very painful when sitting down or even just walking. I'm 16 now and I'm getting more and more confident with myself and my body but this issue is holding me back. I'm not too sure what to do. If anyone who is going through, has gone through this or just knows about this type of thing could help it would really mean a lot.
