Possible??

Do you think it will be possible to get a mortgage for like a $126,000 home for like $500 a month? My coworker got hers and her home was $180,000 for $600 a month and she didn't have very good credit, just fair credit. We are going to try and get this mortgage that my husband's cousins got that is a first time home owners mortgage. It is no down payment and all financed with a great interest rate. My husband makes about $800 every 2 weeks. I only make about $200-300 every 2 weeks, but I am trying to get a second job or a better job. My husband has a decent credit score, sadly I do not have one yet, but we are gonna get a credit card here soon and start working on that. We are gonna get a Walmart card as well and use it for groceries and then just use the money we would have used from the paycheck to pay off the bill. Same for gas and such.
