Can’t eat enough

So I am seeing my GP in a few days but I wanted to know if anyone else has had this happen

I got sick two weeks ago and was in hospital and now I just cant eat enough and I am loosing weight really fast as a result.

I’m 10 weeks today and I worried my baby isn’t getting enough because I cannot eat enough.

In 15-19 days I have lost nearly 6kgs

If I wasn’t pregnant I would feel pretty chuffed - but I’m freaking out because I read that would should be gaining so much per week

Any advice ?
