i don’t know what happened...

so i’ve been cramping yesterday all day. they sucked and i didn’t find anything unusual about them because i got off birth control for about a month now. i started my period today and all was well. i changed my tampon after i took a shower around 8:30-9. fell asleep around 11pm. woke up at 5:30 this morning to me bleeding down my legs. i ran down stairs to the bathroom took everything out and my clothes off. i figured i’d shower so as i was standing there a big chunk of blood clot falls out onto the floor. my first reaction was that i just miscarried. we’ve only been trying for a month or so. i’ve never bleed that much in my life and i’m so scared about everything. someone just help me 😭
