need advice

recently I found out my husband cheated, slept with a girl once and cut things off with her. it wasn't an on going affair. I'm giving him another chance and working it out, but the deal was he has to show effort. like plan a while day together, plan a date every once and awhile. but then I caught him looking at nasty stuff on the internet which I'm not ok with. so I told him I'm done , I'm looking to moving out. I also told him if he truly wants this marriage that he would show me that through his actions by going above and beyond. this is our last weekend together before he goes to the field and I move out, yet he didn't plan anything till last night and its not a "special" kind of day either. should I be upset or see that as effort? when do i need to just wall away?
