Nipples

My friend had a breast reduction a few days ago and she finally got to see her new boobs. She had her nipples pierced and took the bars out for surgery and they put her nipples back on so that the bars would be vertical instead of horizontal. I can barely type this I’m still laughing so much. Luckily she didn’t want the piercings anymore but I really want her to ask them about it at her next appointment...I want to know what they have to say so bad 😂 She’s happy and that’s what matters of course but wtf?? The holes are kind of hard to miss. What would you do in this situation?
