Ovulation Pain?

Ok ladies, freaking out a bit... I have had dull cramps on my left side all morning but about an hour ago the pain got so intense that I could barely move. Currently laying on the couch trying not to cry. It’s like a really intense pressure pain that gets sharp/almost like a tearing pain when I move. 
This has never happened to me before but I stopped taking BC in September after being on it for 14 years so it could be because of that. The internet now has me convinced I have endometriosis. Someone PLEASE tell me they’ve had ovulation pain like this before so I stop panicking! 🙏🏼

I have had really bad ovulation pain. The funny thing is the one time I was too busy to pay attention and track was the month I got pregnant 🙄

I also have this pain during the time that I ovulate. It's more intense than my period. I talked to my doctor and she said that people who have pain when they ovulate and not during their period most likely means it's not endometriosis. She said that if you have endometriosis you're pain during your period is super intense and you bleed super heavy.

Yesterday was my last day of ovulation and today I’m having mild cramps.
