HELP OH MY GOD IM FREAKING OUT

guys I'm freaking out right now I went on a date last night and it was amazing he held me close and we walked by a canal in the woods under the stars he would stop and kiss me and it was amazing and one thing led to another and we ended up well ya know and it was great and I loved it but it was so awkward it was my first time and I didn't even know if he was in me but it was still good and now everything down there hurts and I know I'm not pregnant he pulled out way before he came but just now things hurt and I'm so worried that i messed up. I just wanna bawl my eyes out
