Does anyone else believe that when their baby is born, he is going to be a wonderful sleeper, eater, cry only when he’s hungry or uncomfortable, you’ll be able to soothe his every whimper, you’ll have plenty of time to keep the house in order and all the laundry done, your child will be perfectly behaved, and you will be the perfect mother?? 🤣

It can happen! My first was perfect. Took a week to sleep awesome, very happy baby. Only cried when hungry or need diaper change. We were truly lucky when we had her. I could get anything and everything done during naps. I have no idea how my next one will be..

Actually that was me with my first. He was seriously the perfect baby lol only cried when hungry only woke up twice during the night for a feeding and has slept through the night since 8 weeks. Easy, breezy. We went all over with him. Had a total blast with our first. Cooked, cleaned, watched tv. It was life as normal but with a baby now my second is a reflux baby 😩 he’s up every 2 hours to eat and is much fussier, definitely much different this time around. Don’t get me wrong the house is still super clean but it’s impossible to go anywhere with him so we spend a lot of time at home.

I never thought that, but it actually happened, twice.  well minus the house stuff, because whatever. but both my kids never cried, were great eaters, great sleepers. right from birth, they knew being in the crib meant time for sleep.
