I think I'm going into labor

I started out at 11 am with contractions every 10 min then they went to every 7 min now it's almost 4 pm here I'm still having them and they are every 2-5 min and over a min I called L&D; and they told me to take Tylenol and lay down.... 🙄 I'm almost 37 weeks like does this not sound like labor? I am about to shower and see if it goes away if it's still happening later I'm going in
