What should I expect at my 36 week appointment?

I have a doctors appointment on thursday, what should I expect (besides ultrasound that I get every month).

My OBGYN office starts pelvic exams at 36 weeks. I also got tested for iron and had my group b strep test done. Other than that it was a typically routine appointment where they checked my urine and checked baby’s heart rate & asked if I had any concerns

I did an ultrasound and got my gbs test and a NST test

I had the normal appointment and the swab test and then they check for dilation if you ask !

At my 36 appt they just checked my measurements & the babies heartbeat. But maybe your doc is different, I’ve only had 2 u/s my whole pregnancy & I’m going on week 39.

I go for mine Wednesday and all I know is I’m getting some kind of test done where they need to swab my asshole 😭😂
