Am I out?

I'm about 11-12DPO and I keep getting negative tests (tried a few different types too and at different times of the day) is it pretty safe to assume that I'm out for the month? I'm fatigued, boobs are sore, extremely watery CM, and moody, but I also get like this before AF too.. 😞
