UGH. HELP

I have Nexplanon. I've had it for roughly 6 months. every month is like this... I'm anemic already so I always feel lightheaded and I have no appetite (down to 93lbs), I have severe migraines & period cramps (very weird for me because I almost never cramp).

I'm getting the implant removed tomorrow and switching to the pill, but I know that the pill can also make your periods whacky.

Has anyone else experienced this?

Will getting the implant removed help?
