nervous.....

So long story short my mother is not in the picture anymore so I had my future mother in law go with me to go dress shopping this weekend, and I picked out a dress. I'm still a little nervous and excited that I actually picked a dress. it does need a little work but I'm hoping it'll look ok. What do y'all think? The straps in the picture aren't the actually straps it's the bottom of the dress brought up to make sleeves. When I get my dress I will have the bottom hemmed up to a high low and the left over material will be made into the sleeves. just kinda looking for opinions....
