just wondering

so my husband and got married in oct of 17. i turned 40 in oct of 17. we have been trying for a babe. was feeling good yesterday. woke up this morning and was getting nauseous this morning more emotional than normal and noticed and im sorry with this randomness but when i went to the bathroom i noticed a smell that is different from the normal... now im not due to start my cycle until the 2nd. would what im experiencing be that im preg? i dont want to get my hopes up but am wondering
