Stupid Question

Ok I’m not new to cloth diapers, but these AIOs (all in one) confuses me lmao. So AIOs are just like a normal disposable diaper except for the fact that you don’t throw them away obviously... ok, so you don’t have to worry about folding diapers, pins/snappis/clips, and covers. Just simply take it off and put on a new one, right?? Please help an old hippie out with this!! I’m so use to prefolds and covers. I’ve been using cloth diapers for 13 years now and I have always had prefolds and covers. But these AIOs that everyone raves about confuses me. Please please please explain this.
